Kraken Sweepstakes Rules

The Kraken Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by The Kraken Social VIP Club("Sponsor"), [Sponsor address — fill in before launch].

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except residents of Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Nevada, which are excluded. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sweepstakes is ongoing. Entries are evaluated in real time against the currently-active prize pool. Sponsor may end, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time in accordance with these rules.

There are two (2) methods of entry, each resulting in equal odds of winning:

(a) Purchase entry.Purchase a digital collectible ("NFT") from the Patriots & Veterans collection through the Sponsor's deposit flow. Each purchase includes, as a promotional bonus, a grant of Sweeps Coins (SC) at a fixed ratio of 100 SC per USD 1.00 of purchase price. The SC are given free of charge; they are not consideration for any product or service.

(b) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE).To enter without purchase, an eligible participant may play any Sponsor-designated free-play game available through their account, or mail a legibly hand-printed 3"x5" index card containing the participant's full legal name, residential address, date of birth, and email address associated with their Kraken account to: [Mail-in AMOE address — fill in before launch]. Each mail-in card, once received and validated, will result in a grant of promotional SC equal in value to the lowest available paid-tier entry for that day. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope; each envelope must be separately stamped and mailed.

AMOE entries are given the same per-SC prize odds as purchase entries. Proof of mailing or of attempted online entry is not proof of delivery or receipt.

Sweeps Coins (SC) may be wagered on eligible games and, when the SC balance crosses the minimum redemption threshold, redeemed for cash or Bitcoin equivalents, subject to the terms of the Redemption Policy. Odds of winning depend on the game played and the amount wagered; odds are identical for purchase entries and AMOE entries.

No SC is transferable between accounts. SC have no cash value outside the Sponsor's redemption system. The digital collectible purchased under (a) above is a separate and distinct product and is not, itself, a sweepstakes prize.

Potential winners will be notified through their Kraken account upon successful redemption request. Sponsor reserves the right to verify identity (including KYC and source-of-funds review), eligibility, and compliance with these rules before releasing any prize. Sponsor may require completion of an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release prior to payout.

Entries that are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, stolen, mutilated, garbled, misdirected, or tampered with are void. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or any other error of any kind whether arising from the Sweepstakes, the entries, or transmission of any entry. Persons found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified.

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

By entering, each participant releases Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Sponsor is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these rules or the Sweepstakes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell or rent entrants' personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
